Calculation is carried out automatically for editable texts, and our offer is formulated in words, lines or pages – a page consists of 25 lines.
Regarding hard copy texts, we make an estimate of the number of pages. If the text does not reach the minimum length of one page, we will calculate a one-off fee or a minimum to be invoiced, according to the type of document.
We will then immediately give you, free of charge, a detailed estimate of the fee; apart from the cost, this will show the delivery date, payment method and the Project Manager.
If you should decide to accept our offer, you simply confirm the order by returning to us, signed and stamped, by fax, the estimate you have received, or else by just sending a confirmation email.
